Hi Wayne, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Normally we are able to locate replacement parts quickly if we have all of the necessary information such as part numbers, model numbers, or serial numbers. As you can imagine, we have tens of thousands of parts at our disposal. Our goal is to do our best to get our customers the right factory recommended part the first time that is needed to resolve their issue. If for some reason we don't have the complete information to ensure our customers are getting the right part we do our best to take additional precautions which may take additional time. It sounds like this may have been the case for you. In regards to our battery being a larger investment than the $25 battery, you were able to purchase is a valid point. However, our customers appreciate that we decided to place more value in the quality of the parts we sell. We do not want to be in the position of having to apologize to you for selling inferior parts, such as batteries that have lower life expectancies or simply underperform. Over the years countless customers have come back to us for their batteries after experimenting with one of those lost-cost, low-quality batteries. We sincerely hope your experience with the battery is better than what has been shared with us from numerous customers. People here can't seem to find any part needed for a Scag. Lucky I took pictures of the motor, and also the plate that has the info. Then it takes l day to try and find a part. I took my battery from my Scag to have tested and they said it was shot and cost $70.00. I said later! I then went to fleet farm and had them test the same battery and they said it was ok yet and a new one was $24.99. what a joke. Buyer beware

The worst parts dept. I've dealt with in 50 years of motorcycling. Called Mike for availability of apart. Yes they but, he would have to find and can back. 6 days later called again and got the same response. Now 9 days later and still no response. Isn't customer service great these days.

There service department was the most unprofessional. They said that Polaris wont warranty my complaint. So they never submitted warranty claim. When I talked to Polaris directly. They said its not the dealerships choosing who or what they warranty. The dealership needs to send every warranty claim in and they Polaris make that decision. That shows you how much they do not know nothing about Polaris equipment. They Tried to make me pay the bill. After me wanting to show them the oils that were very metal filled. Didnt even show the tech pictures or the oil. So he had no clue what was going on. Week later my transmission went out of it another dealership repaired it correctly. Would never recommend the service manager or the store manager for power sports company ever again.
